After you sign up, an Oodles Poo Crew team member will contact you to schedule your first cleanup and guide you through everything you need to know.

3Customer Portal Setup
After signing up, you’ll be sent a link to setup your customer portal where you can manage your appointments and service subscription.

4Attach Payment Method
Billing takes place on the 1st of each month, before service begins. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once enrolled in auto pay, Oodles Poo Crew will generate your invoice and email you a receipt—also viewable in your customer portal. If payment isn’t received before your first scheduled cleaning of the month, your service will be cancelled.

- Our techs will send a 60-minute heads-up text before arriving. You don’t need to be home, just ensure we have easy access to the yard and that any aggressive dogs are secured. This helps us provide fast, safe, and reliable service.
- Cleaning Your Yard
- Your dedicated scooper will arrive and get to work picking up all the dog waste. Oodles Poo Crew team members follow a strategic path and make multiple passes through your yard to ensure nothing gets missed and your space is thoroughly cleaned.
- Safety Procedures
- After your yard is cleared of dog waste, your technician will snap and upload a photo of your securely closed gate for your peace of mind. They’ll also sanitize all equipment using an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to help keep every yard—and every pup—safe and healthy.
- Pet Waste Disposal
- After finishing your yard, your scooper will double-bag the waste and place it in your trash can. If no can is available in certain areas, the waste will be securely double-bagged and left neatly at the side of your home—ensuring safe and proper disposal in line with local guidelines.
